Mystic Pools was founded by Dusty Spencer, a construction professional whose love for swimming pools started early—thanks to fond memories of summers spent at his grandparents’ pool in Maryland. That childhood spark turned into a career path.
Dusty pursued a degree in Construction Management at Georgia Southern, then spent several years managing large-scale commercial builds with Whiting-Turner in Orlando, Florida. But deep down, he knew his true calling was closer to home.
Driven by a desire to combine technical expertise with personal passion, Dusty returned to his hometown and founded Mystic Pools. Since then, our company has grown into a trusted name for high-end residential pools and select commercial projects throughout the region.
